A 31 year old man is due in Jersey's Magistrate's Court today in connection with a series of indecent assaults in St Helier on Christmas Day.
Adrian Florinel Dumitrache has been charged with committing a gross outrage of public decency, illegal entry and three counts of sexual touching of women without consent.
He was arrested by Police just after 4am on New Year's Day, following a public appeal for help to identify a man captured on CCTV riding a bike in the town centre.
The alleged offences took place between 8 and 9 o'clock on Christmas morning.
