Frank Bruno has visited Victoria College to talk to sixth-form students about mental health.
The former heavyweight boxing champion shared his own experience of living with bipolar disorder and the challenges he faced both during and after his boxing career.
Students had the chance to ask questions about his career and the lessons he's learned throughout his life.
Dr Gareth Hughes, Headteacher of Victoria College, said:
"We were delighted to welcome Frank to Victoria College. His honesty, resilience and willingness to share his experiences delivered a powerful message to our students.

"By speaking so openly about mental health, he encouraged young people to understand that seeking support is a sign of strength."
Catherine Watson, JSCCA Executive Committee, said:
"The JSCCA were honoured to welcome such a highly respected gentleman to Jersey to speak about men’s mental health. His openness and compassion created a space where people can talk freely.
"We are especially grateful that Frank also took time to speak with the Sixth Form boys at Victoria College. His kindness offered those young men something truly meaningful, strengthening our commitment to supporting the next generation with empathy and confidence."
