First album/first record bought?

The first single I ever spent my pocket money on was ‘The Laughing Gnome’ by David Bowie (of all the Bowie tracks I could have chosen!)

It was nearly ‘Seven Seas of Rhye’ by Queen, a far more accomplished and less embarrassing first record that would have been, but you can’t rewrite history.

Embarrassing moment?

Asking a ‘pregnant’ woman when she was due. She replied, “actually I had the baby three months ago”.
