A young woman had to be freed after getting stuck in the mud in St Aubin's Harbour.
The Fire Service and Jersey Coastguard worked together to help her back to safe ground.
She was quickly freed and escorted to waiting paramedics.
JFRS says there was 'no pressing danger but the tide had just turned and was starting to rise'.
"We would just like the general public and harbour users to be mindful of the dangers & risks of wading through harbour mud and to keep an eye on the tide."
