Jersey Police are appealing for information after the driver of a white Subaru got out of his car and threatened a dog walker.
It happened on Patier Road in St Saviour, near the parish green and Jardin a Pommiers entrance, at around 7:40pm last Friday evening (31 July).
Police say the row revolved around the speed at which the car was going.
No-one was hurt, but officers want to speak to anyone with private CCTV or dashcam footage of the area at the time.
The driver is described as being between 20 and 30 years old, white, 6ft tall with short light brown hair. He was clean-shaven and wearing a dark coloured T-shirt with a central logo and dark jeans.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 612612 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
