St Helier will launch its bid to become the RHS Britain in Bloom 'champions of champions' at the Town Hall next month.
The parish is part of the 'super league' after winning the 'Large Coastal Town' category last year.
Perth, Durham and Kingsbridge will also be competing for the prestigious award.
It launches on Friday 1st March.
