The Railway Walk path has already reopened after a landslide, despite the government predicting it would be closed for 'several weeks'.
Islanders can now access the path from St Aubin's to Les Quennevais again, with teams from Infrastructure & Environment and Geomarine working over the weekend to reopen it.
People using the path are being asked to follow the signs in place, whilst further works continue.

A landslip occurred on 18 February near Mont Nicholle, closing the path from the Pont Marquet dip down to St Aubin's Hill.
Infrastructure & Environment believes the collapse was due to water channelling under the path.
