Number portability issue between Coop Mobile and JT resolved

All Guernsey and Jersey consumers can now join Co-op Mobile and keep their existing number.

Those issues have been resolved today (17 March).

On its website, The Jersey Consumer Council (JCC) says that choice is important in the market:

“Mobile phones are an essential part of everyday life for most islanders, but many of us may be paying more than we need to for our monthly contracts.

"With a growing choice of providers and packages, the Jersey Consumer Council is reminding consumers that it’s worth taking the time to shop around and compare deals before signing up.”

The Channel Islands Co‑operative has thanked both regulators for their support
