A man has been arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting a young woman at the St Helier Marina.
Police say they detained a 23 year old following an allegation a woman in her 20s was assaulted near the Maritime Museum at around 1am on Sunday.
It's believed the pair knew each other.
The man has been questioned and released on bail.
The force wants to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time and who might be able to help with the investigation.
