Guernsey politician Jonathan Le Tocq has been remanded in prison for a further three weeks.
The former foreign affairs lead and one-time chief minister is accused of making more than 1400 indecent images of children, and other telecoms offences.
61-year-old Jonathan Le Tocq was arrested on 21 July 2025.
On 1 September, whilst on remand in prison, he submitted his resignation from the Policy & Resources Committee.
This morning (September 15), he made a brief appearance in Guernsey's Magistrates' Court and only spoke to confirm his name and address.
His next appearance will be via video link in three weeks (6 October).
