All the emergencey services are at the scene, with a section of the road cordoned off by police.
A small car could be seen on its side, and is blocking the road.

Eyewitnesses say onlookers rushed to the vehicle and tipped it on its side to free a women trapped underneath.
The men have been described as 'heroes'.

The condition of the pedestrian isn't known at this stage.
