One person has been rescued from Guernsey's highest cliffs at Les Tielles.
Emergency services were called to an area south of Chateau Des Tielles Nursing Home this morning (21 January).
Police, Fire & Rescue Service, Ambulance and Rescue, Guernsey Coastguard and Cliff Rescue were deployed to the scene.
Both the gentleman and his dog were rescued from the cliff face and brought back to the top, uninjured.
People were asked to avoid the area during the emergency callout, which took just over an hour.
On social media, the Guernsey Cliff Rescue team said they were 'very happy with the successful outcome from this callout.'
