Guernsey's crime rate is virtually unchanged, but some driving offences have increased significantly.
In 2025, total crime in Guernsey was up - but by less than 1%, according to the force's annual report.
There was a total of 2215 recorded crimes.
Calls regarding mental health were up by 6% to 572.
Offences 'against the person' - such as assault - are the most common form of crime, accounting for around half of all reports police responded to last year.
Reports of sexual offences were up 9% to 258 and those of anti-social behaviour were down 8.5% to 1189.

On the roads, the overall volume of the so- called 'Fatal 5' offences - the leading driver behaviours that causes serious collisions - recorded in 2025 has remained steady on 2024 levels. However, police say drink driving and driving whilst using a mobile phone have 'risen considerably'.
It puts this down to proactive operations by the Road Policing Unit.
There were 331 RTCs in Guernsey in 2025, 42 of which involved pedestrians or cyclists.
53 Fixed Penalties were imposed on motorists who were using their phone at the wheel, up 82% on the year before.
Drink driving arrests were up 40%.
Guernsey Police are reflecting on the year in which they said they 'put victims first'.
2025 saw coercive control and non-physical abuse recognised as crimes with the creation of a new offence of domestic abuse, which recognises that it is not just physical.
A new offence of threatening to disclose private sexual images was also created, as well as a new offence of child cruelty to include non-physical forms of cruelty.
It also says that safety within the night-time economy has been prioritised.

Deputy Chief Officer Richard Bell said:
"Our officers and staff continue to deliver a service they can rightly be proud of, even as demands on policing remain high.
"I am committed to providing a professional, trusted and compassionate policing service that is engaged with, and responsive to, the people we serve.
“We still have important work to do, with a continued focus on supporting victims and bringing offenders to justice.
"I want to ensure we continue to strengthen our neighbourhood policing model and embed our renewed approach to investigations."
