There have been more golds in Orkney for the cyclists and the successful women swimmers.
Guernsey sits third in the table at the Orkney Games, with 37 medals - 13 of them gold - after four days of competition.
Team Guernsey's women cyclists swept the board in the road race, with team gold and a sprint win for Pippa Inderwick.
The successful women's swimming team of Chloe Bown, Orla Rabey, Molly Staples and Tatiana Tostevin got gold in the 4x100m freestyle relay in a time of 3.48.73.
Archer Zoe Gray was also on target for gold in the women's compound event.
Sark and Alderney are yet to win a medal but Alderney runner Emma Etheredge placed 11th in the women's 5,000m.
Guernsey failed to win any medals in the athletics on day four.
Today there are opportunities in athletics, mountain biking, a traditional Sarnian strength, and lawn bowls among others.
Guernsey remain in third place in the medal's table with two more days of sporting action to go.
