Extensive damage has been caused after a fire broke out in Tinto's kitchen.
Guernsey Fire and Rescue were called to the restaurants on the Pollet at 7pm last night.
The fire itself started out in the kitchen of Tinto before spreading into Red - fire could be seen billowing out from Red's cocktail bar as Firefighters tackled the blaze.
Crew remain on site this morning keeping an eye on the site.
Guernsey Police were called in to close the Pollet yesterday; however, it has now been re-opened.
No injuries have been recorded at this time.
