Two meetings will be held in Sark to discuss the impact of reduced sailings over the winter and early spring.
Concern over Sark Shipping's winter timetable will be addressed at two public meetings in the island today (13 October.).
Released last week, it has sailings only every alternate Wednesday, no Sunday services and fast turn around times most days.
Sark Shipping, which is part owned by Chief Pleas, says the timetable was scheduled to ensure the business remains viable long term.
It says essential economic, education and medical needs were taken into account when it was drawn up.
The winter timetable, which runs from early November to late March, has caused concern among many in the island and has fewer rotations than normal.
Sark Shipping says it needs a certain number of passengers to make the route pay and the timetable will also allow for vessel maintenance.
