The theme for the week is 'Action… for yourself, for someone else, for all of us'.
There are some really useful resources on the Mental Health Foundation website, including information about the week and tip sheets. Guernsey Mind will be producing and sharing social media posts throughout the week, and they'll be encouraging people to share any activities they might be doing too.
Guernsey Mind will also be at the Association of Guernsey Charities' Seafront Sunday on May 17th.
